Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tours may be rescheduled 24 hours or more prior to the originally scheduled tour date and time.
If a tour is rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a rescheduling fee will apply.
To reschedule a tour, passenger(s) must contact Niagara Tour Company.
The Cancellation / Refund Policy will not apply once a tour has been rescheduled.
Rescheduled tours are non-refundable.

 Verified Fun trip to the Falls We had a wonderful experience with our guide Mark. I loved the American side! It was situated in a beautiful state park rather than the casino and hotel side of Canada. The best part was Maid of the Mist…. Thank goodness we had ponchos. The tour was very well planned and organized and educational as far as Buffalo history. I would definitely recommend and it was nice not having to worry about navigating the tours and parking on our own.

We would talk to her once we are off the bus and got the scoop on place to go and additional history of the area.   The tour was about 3 1/2 hours and worth every minute. We went to Niagara State Park, Made of the Mist, Cave of the Winds and Di'Camillo Bakery.  Great experience!
