What you can expect on the tour?

We begin the tour by picking up at the hotels and departure point in our tour bus. We will cover all of the listed places in the itinerary beginning at the Maid of the Mist, Observation Tower and Prospect Point. We then will make a brief stop where food can be purchased. We complete the tour at Goat Island where you will visit Terrapin Point, Luna Island and visit the Cave of the Winds. After the tour is complete we will drop you back off at the location where you were picked up. The tour typically lasts 4-5 hours but may run longer in the event of heavy park volume. The order of the itinerary may be changed as needed. This tour takes place on the USA side only.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers may receive a full refund if they cancel 24 hours or more in advance. Any cancellation within 2-24 hours before the tour departure time will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations within 2 hours of the tour departure time will not be refunded. Customer no shows will not be refunded. Niagara Tour Company is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control. Cancellations may be made by email to [email protected].

Tours may be rescheduled 24 hours or more prior to the originally scheduled tour date and time. If a tour is rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a rescheduling fee will apply.
To reschedule a tour, passenger(s) must contact Niagara Tour Company.
The Cancellation / Refund Policy will not apply once a tour has been rescheduled.
Rescheduled tours are non-refundable.

Your ticket covers every attraction listed above. These few things are not part of the tour price:

Pickup and drop-off outside Niagara Falls, USA. Complimentary hotel pickup covers Niagara Falls, NY only. If you are staying elsewhere, meet us at our departure point at 425 2nd Street, Niagara Falls, NY 14301.
Meals and drinks, apart from the bottled water provided. The tour includes one brief stop where food can be purchased at your own cost.
Gratuities for your guide and driver. Tips are never expected and always appreciated.
Hotel accommodation and travel to Niagara Falls. This is a day tour only.
Personal expenses and souvenirs, including souvenir photos sold at the attractions.

Everything else, including your Maid of the Mist boat ride, Cave of the Winds admission, Niagara Observation Tower entry, park access, ponchos and discount coupons, is covered by your ticket.

Outside the summer season, our Niagara Falls USA Autumn-Winter tours run from November through April, without the boat ride.

Do I need a passport for this tour?

No. This tour stays on the United States side of Niagara Falls for its full duration, so no passport or border crossing is involved. If you want to see the Canadian side, our USA and Canada Combo Tour covers both and does require a valid passport.

We would talk to her once we are off the bus and got the scoop on place to go and additional history of the area.   The tour was about 3 1/2 hours and worth every minute.
