Tours may be rescheduled 24 hours or more prior to the originally scheduled tour date and time. If a tour is rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a rescheduling fee will apply. To reschedule a tour, passenger(s) must contact Niagara Tour Company. The Cancellation / Refund Policy will not apply once a tour has been rescheduled. Rescheduled tours are non-refundable.
