Tours may be rescheduled 24 hours or more prior to the originally scheduled tour date and time. If a tour is rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a rescheduling fee will apply. To reschedule a tour, passenger(s) must contact Niagara Tour Company. The Cancellation / Refund Policy will not apply once a tour has been rescheduled. Rescheduled tours are non-refundable.

Christine our tour guide was fantastic! Super knowledgeable. The tool is to a bunch of different locations on the falls, beautiful scenery - the cave of the winds was a particular highlight seeing the falls from below. Bakery and wine tasting was a bonus! Team Christine all the way! Not only was she a great tour guide, but she's also a great driver (an underrepresented skillset!). I've been to the Canadian side and the boat tour, and this was STILL an amazing tour. You'll be closer to the falls than you can imagine.
